VEPO OrthoDek™ is a custom-fit, non-skid marine decking system made from V•Cell™ — a proprietary, closed-cell blend of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE) foam.
Originally engineered for the footwear industry, the same medical-grade foam now protects boat decks across North America. It installs with aviation-grade peel-and-stick adhesive: no drilling, no glue, no mess — and is precision-cut via CAD templates for a factory-perfect fit on any watercraft.

Bring your boat or send us your make, model, and year to get started remotely. We discuss your coverage areas (cockpit, swim platform, helm station, bow), preferred colors, and any custom design details. No commitment required at this stage.
We send you a full color layout drawing: a digital preview of exactly how your boat will look before a single piece of foam is cut. You approve the design, pattern, and color combination from over 3,000 available options. Nothing goes to production without your sign-off.
Your approved design is sent to VEPO’s manufacturing facility in Painesville, Ohio. Precision CAD routers cut every panel from V•Cell™ foam to the exact dimensions of your hull. Typical fabrication time is 1–2 weeks.
Once your panels arrive, our certified installers prep your deck surface and apply each piece using aviation-grade, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). No drilling, no hardware, no mess. Every panel is dry-fitted first, then bonded for a permanent factory-quality finish. The full install typically takes one day.
Before you take your boat back, we do a full walkthrough with you, checking every edge, seam, and hatch cutout. We cover care instructions: OrthoDek™ cleans up with mild soap and a rinse, and requires no special products. You leave with a refreshed boat and a flooring system built to last.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
